I’ve been using HitPaw for a few weeks now, and it’s been smooth. I only ran into one small bug, and a quick restart fixed it right away. Compared to a few similar tools I’ve used before, this one feels a lot less glitchy and easier to deal with. So far, I’m happy with it.

The license activated right away with no hassle at all. Compared to some other software setups I’ve dealt with, this was much easier and didn’t give me any issues.

I used hitpaw for a short project, and it did what I needed it to do. I’m usually careful with subscriptions because I don’t like getting charged for something after I’m done using it, so I made a point to cancel once the project was over.

The cancellation process took me a few minutes to figure out. It wasn’t impossible, but the option wasn’t exactly jumping out at me in my account settings. Once I found the right page, though, the cancellation went through without any real hassle.
I did get a confirmation email afterward, which I really appreciated because I like having proof that it’s actually canceled. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I’m giving 4 stars because the cancel button could be a lot easier to find.

I’d probably give it 4 stars because exporting larger files seemed a bit slow at times, at least from what I noticed. Still, it did what I needed it to do, and overall I’d say it’s a solid option if you just want something that isn’t complicated

I accidentally bought the wrong HitPaw plan and didn’t realize it until after I’d already paid. I messaged support to ask if a refund was possible, and they got back to me quickly. They asked for a little order info, I sent it over, and then they approved the refund without making it a big thing. The money showed up back in my account a few days later. Weirdly, I remember I was eating cold fries when I noticed the mistake, so I was already annoyed, but the whole refund process turned out to be really painless. Definitely 5 stars from me

I was a little worried this would be one of those tools that promises a lot and then disappoints, but HitPaw actually converted my videos quickly. One bigger file took a bit longer, but nothing too bad. Overall it was easy to use and the speed was better than I expected.

I downloaded it and had it installed in just a few minutes. i was expecting the setup to be a bit more of a hassle, but it went smoothly and worked fine right away.

I tried HitPaw on some old blurry family photos, and honestly... I was impressed. The faces came out a lot clearer, but they didn’t have that weird fake look some tools give. A couple of the photos needed a second try, but most of them turned out really nice. It was easy to use, and the quality ended up being better than I expected...
